1-2-1 course from the comfort of your own home.
We're all so used to online meetings that this option is sometimes the preferred. Split over three, two hour sessions we can work together to make the timings work around your commitments, no matter how soon or far away your birth is.

A supportive group face to face course that will prepare you for your positive birth.
The course will be split over three 2.5 hour sessions and will prepare and equip you and your birth partner for your positive birth experience. It is the most important experience of your life and doing the work ahead of time will help you create the birth you deserve. We'll also cover the fourth trimester so you feel prepared and ready for the first few months of baby's life too. Learning together in a group is also brilliant way to help you look at birth from all different view points.

£325 - 2 night stay and 8 hrs hypnobirthing
Nestled just above Dartmoor, Fursham Down is our home and is the perfect escape to take a moment to relax and connect with your next exciting chapter. The course takes place over a weekend (Friday - Sunday) and we ensure you have time to explore beautiful Dartmoor as well as recommendations and bookings for where to eat and what to do, depending on your preferences. You'll stay in a beautiful shepherd's hut nestled in the corner of a field overlooking ancient woodland. Email me for more information and images.
